Who these terms are between

Review Assistant is provided by Promogranade, Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). These terms apply to businesses that use Review Assistant ("you") and to anyone who uses a review page.

By using Review Assistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What the service does

We give each business a branded review page, reached by QR sticker, standee or WhatsApp link. Customers pick a rating, services and highlights, and AI writes a draft review they can edit or replace. The customer then posts it on Google from their own account.

We never post reviews, and we never post on anyone's behalf. Every rating can go to Google, and low ratings also get an optional private message box for the owner.

Plans and payment

Our current plans are:

• Basic: ₹999 a year, 1,000 AI drafts a year, English and Hinglish.
• Pro: ₹1,999 a year, 3,000 AI drafts a year, English and Hinglish, standee and WhatsApp link.
• Premium (Multilingual): ₹3,999 a year, 5,000 AI drafts a year, adds Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
• Multi-branch: on request.

Paying for your plan

You can create your account online at reviews.promogranade.com/start or through Promogranade on WhatsApp. There is no free plan. Your review page stays switched off until payment for your plan is confirmed; payment is arranged with Promogranade by UPI or invoice. Prices are in Indian Rupees, and GST as applicable is shown on your invoice.

If your plan's draft allowance runs out, the page keeps working: customers can still write their own review and post it on Google. AI drafts come back when you upgrade or renew.

Honest reviews: rules for businesses

Reviews only help if people can trust them. When you use Review Assistant, you agree that you will not:

• offer rewards, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews
• ask your staff, family or yourself to review your own business
• post reviews on a customer's behalf, or use a customer's phone or account to post
• show the review page only to happy customers, or otherwise filter out unhappy ones
• break Google's review policies in any other way

If a page is misused

We may suspend or remove a review page that is being misused, including without notice where needed to stop harm.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your own Google listing and of the services list on your review page. Keep your login details private and tell us quickly if you think someone else has used them.

If you collect staff or intern testimonials, only publish ones where the person has given consent, and hide or remove a testimonial if the person asks.

AI drafts

Drafts are written by AI from the customer's own selections. They may contain mistakes. Customers should read and edit a draft before posting. The final review is the customer's own words and choice.

Google and other services

Google is an external service we do not control. Reviews posted there are governed by Google's terms and policies. Google may filter, hide or remove reviews, and we cannot change that.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running well, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We do not guarantee any number of reviews, any rating or any search ranking.

Limit of our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Review Assistant is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. If a change matters to paying businesses, we will tell them over WhatsApp.
