Does it post reviews on Google automatically?
No. The customer copies the review and posts it on Google themselves, from their own account. That keeps every review genuine and within Google’s rules.
Will all my reviews look the same?
No. Every draft gets a different opening, length and style, and drafts that sound too close to recent ones are rewritten, even when customers pick the same options.
Which languages are supported?
English and Hinglish on every plan. The Premium (Multilingual) plan adds Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada, each in its own script or typed in English letters (like Hinglish), whichever the customer prefers.
Can customers change what the AI wrote?
Yes. They can edit any word, ask for another version, or switch to writing their own review from scratch.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. The QR opens a web page on any phone. No app, no login, no typing needed.
What if a customer is unhappy?
They can still post an honest review, and they also get a private box to tell you directly, so you can fix things fast.
How do I get started?
